TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMSCOMMISSION TERMS-I will only accept commissions that are sent through the GoogleForm sheet, not through DMs or Email.-The length of the commission with no deadline can range up to 1-3 months depending on the type of piece, complexity, or concept you are purchasing.-Through the process of the commission, I will be keeping in touch with you. I’ll be sending you WIPs and updates to get your feedback- along with making sure your piece is accurate to what you want. Please communicate; don’t hesitate to let me know if you have a problem with anything or feel the need to change the piece.-I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before begin the commission.-Commissions on a deadline must be requested a month before its date. If not, your commission will be charged extra depending on the type of piece, complexity, and amount of time I have. We will discuss in further detail through email.-Even if clicking no on the commission sheet for updates, you are allowed to ask for any whenever you please. However, keep updates spaced out as the constant questioning could lead to me rushing through your commission- ruining the quality.-Please be patient and respectful.PAYMENT TERMS-I will begin the commission after the payment is paid first. When I email you back, I’ll exchange my PayPal (and only PayPal) for transaction.-If the payment is not sent, I will not start.COPYRIGHT TERMSI, THE ARTIST, CLAIM THE RIGHTS TO THE PRODUCED ART, NOT THE BUYER. I AM ALLOWED TO USE THE COPYRIGHT ARTWORK TO:- Promote it anywhere of my liking.
- Display the piece on socials or websites
- I will not claim your original character(s) nor profit off your original character.YOU, THE BUYER, ARE ALLOWED TO:- Use the commission piece for nonprofit purposes
- Display the piece on socials
- Print the artwork
- Claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. As well as promoting the piece for themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist.
- DO NOT resell the artwork without permission
- DO NOT remove any of my watermarks or signatures
- You CANNOT commercialize any of my artworks, including prints , shirts, hats, mugs, or any other merch.CANCEL/REFUNDING POLICY- I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- You, the buyer, have no right to cancel or demand a refund once I begin the commission.
- If the money has not yet been sent, the buyer has the right to cancel the commission
- For any reason I have not finished your commission over a span of 6+ months, you are allowed to ask for a refund
- If you are getting a refund, DO NOT CHARGEBACK. I will send the full refund myself.
- If you, the buyer, attempt a chargeback after receiving the full commission, you will be backlisted and your name will be shared among the art community for the safety of others. You will lose all rights to the piece- all will be given back to me. I have the right to file a complaint against you, and receive the full payment back.

TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMSCOMMISSION TERMS-I will only accept commissions submitted through my website or VGen — I do not accept commissions through DMs or email.-Commission completion time (without a set deadline) ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on the piece's complexity and scope.-I will provide WIPs and updates throughout the process to make sure the final result aligns with your vision. If something feels off, please speak up early!-I am open to adjusting certain terms, but only if discussed before I begin work.-Commissions with deadlines must be submitted at least 1 month in advance. Shorter notice may result in a rush fee, depending on the size of the project.-If you decline updates but later request one, you're still allowed — just space out your requests. Too many updates may lead to delays or rushed work.-Please be patient and respectful during the commission process.SERVICE DESCRIPTIONSDesigning Model-I will design a character from scratch based on your prompts, descriptions, and moodboards.-This is for art and concept only, not rigging or implementation.-Minor edits are allowed during the sketch phase. Major changes later will incur extra fees.-You may use the design for personal or commercial purposes, as long as I am credited.Logo / Brand Identity-Includes a custom logo or branding visuals, delivered in PNG (transparent) format.-Intended for use in streaming, overlays, personal branding, or merchandise.-Commercial use is fully allowed, no extra license fee required — but credit must be given where applicable.Character Sheet-Includes: Front and back turnaround views, Color palette, Outfit layering (e.g. jacket, accessories, optional pieces shown clearly)-You must provide a sketch or concept before I begin. I do not design full characters for sheets without direction.-The sheet is for visual reference use only.-Redistribution or resale of the sheet is not allowed unless discussed with me directly.PNGTuber: Sprite-A fully drawn and animated PNGTuber model, prepared and organized for PNGTuberPlus.-Comes with: 2 expressions, 1 hand pose, Idle animation (bounce/motion compatible with PNGTuberPlus)-Delivered in a clean, labeled folder with all necessary transparent PNGs.-Additional expressions, poses, or props are available for an extra fee.PNGTuber: Full Bundle-This option includes everything in one package: Full character design, Logo/branding, Character sheet (turnaround, color palette, outfit layering), PNGTuber sprite (animated and ready for PNGTuberPlus)-Best for full rebrands or creators starting from scratch.-All files will be delivered in a neatly organized folder, ready for use.PAYMENT TERMS-I will begin the commission after the payment is paid first. I AM ALLOWED TO:-Display and promote the artwork on my website, portfolio, and social media-Use the commission as part of my personal body of work (unless a privacy fee is paid)YOU, THE BUYER, ARE ALLOWED TO:-Use the artwork for personal and commercial purposes, including:-Streaming (Twitch, YouTube, etc.)-Merch (prints, charms, apparel, etc.)-Branding (logos, overlays, etc.)-Sell or monetize your content that includes my artwork (so long as it supports your brand)-Use the PNGTuber model for monetized content creation- DO NOT remove any of my watermarks or signatures- You CANNOT commercialize any of my artworks, including prints , shirts, hats, mugs, or any other merch.YOU, THE BUYER, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:-Remove my watermark/signature from any artwork-Use the artwork in AI training or generate derivative NFTs-Redistribute or resell the artwork as standalone files or templates-Include the character sheet in any personal or public portfoliosCANCEL/REFUNDING POLICY- I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
